Whether you practice yoga for the physical, mental, or spiritual benefits, you will find a wide variety of class options, workshops, and events that honor the roots of the yogic traditions, meet you where you’re at, and a welcoming community of teachers, staff, and students alike! Explore the various class offerings, get to know our instructors and try out different classes to discover what works best for you. MONDAY

ALL LEVELS YOGA | Lea Smith

8:15 - 9:30AM | IN PERSON ONLY

All Levels Yoga offers a complete practice that will leave you feeling grounded and invigorated. This class focuses on healthy spinal movements and awareness. Class will start with thorough mobility warm ups, before moving to deeper poses and dynamic movements. Class will end with centering and a moment to reflect. Modification as well as options to increase the intensity will be provided.

VINYASA YOGA | Lori Keenan

10AM - 11:15AM | LIVESTREAM + IN PERSON

This 75-minute moderate level complete Vinyasa practice will be taught in a way that will allow you to work within your own level of experience. Modifications will be offered and encouraged. Our class will focus on mindful breathing and alignment to support an enjoyable Vinyasa experience, leading you to increased strength, flexibility, and unexpected openings. This class is designed to be a building block to more vigorous Vinyasa classes, while allowing the practitioner the ability to gauge their own needs at anytime to discern which class style & intensity is best for them.

Science of Stretching, A Deep Stretch Class | Robin Hastings

5:00 - 6:00PM | IN PERSON ONLY | Starts April 15th

This deep stretch class will be an excellent supplemental practice to your yoga practice! Not a yogi? This class will benefit you too. Fans of Yin Yoga will find strong similarities in this class. You do not need to be naturally flexible to participate! Come to class, we will all get there together. Many modifications and use of props will be offered throughout class to ensure that this practice is accessible for all students. Class will begin with a gentle but dynamic warm up and move into 8-12 passive stretch postures that we will hold for 2-5 minutes each.  Please note: this is not a restorative class. We will be working at a 7/10 intensity level for the duration of each stretch. Reset poses and movement will happen between each long held stretch to “shake it off” before moving on to the next stretch. Class will end with a final resting posture to integrate your practice into your body. 

We will use the concepts of 1)allowing ease in your body, 2) specific and deliberate breathing to help calm your Central Nervous System, and 3) time under passive tension to get the most out of stretching.  If you stick with this practice it will increase your BROM (basic range of motion) in a way that active “warm up” stretches simply can not. TUESDAY

All Levels Flow offers a complete practice that begins with centering and grounding, moves into a vibrant flow connecting breath to movement, followed by seated postures for a full body stretch. All levels are welcome and students are encouraged & will be taught how to modify postures with the use of props & variations, as well options to increase the intensity of a posture should the student choose to. This is YOUR practice! We are here to guide, support, and challenge, as needed.

GENTLE YOGA | Vanessa M.

10 - 11:15AM | IN PERSON ONLY

This class is designed to adapt to all body types, ages, fitness levels, and interests. Classes typically start with a brief centering and a coming into stillness. They incorporate some breathe work & stretches so that the spine is moved in six directions. Then class moves to balancing postures, and concludes in shavasana (resting pose) so that students leave the class feeling refreshed and restored. The intensity of the class is often defined as gentle, moderate, or vigorous because our needs vary from day to day and over time. Students are encouraged to tune in to their bodies and practice at the intensity that feels right in the present moment. All Levels Welcome.

VINYASA YOGA | Shayna Morin

This vinyasa class is designed for practitioners of all levels to practice yoga fundamentals while also working up a sweat and strengthening the mind-body connection. Vinyasa is a form of yoga that links movement and breath, encouraging practitioners to use mindful transitions as they work through different poses. Vinyasa yoga is not only an effective tool for physical vitality but when practiced alongside mindful breathing and meditation can be a tool for enhanced mental clarity. The class will begin with regulating our breath and dropping into our practice using various breathing techniques (Pranayama). We will work through mindful Vinyasa movements, reaching a peak pose before cooling down, re-establishing aligned breathing, and finally entering Shavasana. Modifications as well as various props will be available. 

WEDNESDAY

VINYASA POWER FLOW |Erin S.

8:15 - 9:30AM | LIVESTREAM + IN PERSON

This 75-minute class will follow the methodology of "Baptiste yoga". A power Vinyasa Flow that follows a vigorous form of yoga that incorporates poses with athleticism to create asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathwork), and self-inquiry. Following a 15-minute warm up including rounds of Surya Namaskar A & B (Sun Salutations), the flow will include intensive movement for 45 minutes followed by a 15-minute cool down ending in a peaceful and much-needed savasana allowing you to fully absorb the benefits of your practice. Get your blood flowing and your heart pumping, all while strengthening your confidence, balance, self awareness and vitality!

BHAKTI YOGA FLOW | Laura E.

Blending Bhakti, the yoga of devotion, with an invigorating Vinyasa Flow, this class is both energizing and soothing, sometimes slow and sweet, sometimes hot and spicy! In this class you will learn the power of chanting or singing mantra (a mind tool) to invoke qualities within yourself that you most want to call forward. In devotion to your true Self, you will meet your edge with a dynamic & creative flow to build strength, balance, & flexibility all while calming the mind & invigorating the soul. Come with an open mind, leave with an open heart! This class is an antidote for feeling separate or lost in our ever changing and complicated world. Come chant, move, breathe, and JUST BE. All levels of practitioners are welcome, with SOME basic understanding of yoga asana

STRETCH & RESTORE YOGA | Stacey Forend

5:00 - 6:15PM | IN PERSON ONLY | Starts April 17th

Stacey provides an atmosphere for you to explore slowing your mind and body to assist in bringing your nervous system into balance. In this exploration she offers a blend of Yin postures with an emphasis on stretching fascia, muscles, ligaments, and tendons held from 3 - 20 minutes giving you the benefits of deep active and passive expansion. Restorative postures will offer stillness and relaxation inviting your parasympathetic nervous system to rest and digest. This class uses a variety of props including blankets, bolsters, blocks, and straps. You may also be guided in Pranayama, breath techniques, and Dihyana, meditation, and Nidra, yogic sleep, throughout the practice to deepen your experience.

If you're on the fence about taking a group yoga class, we get it, it can be intimidating when all you can think is "I'm not flexible"! But that's the thing...you don't have to be! If this is you, then this class is for YOU! Our beginners foundational class,Yoga 101, is just what you’ve been looking for!

In this class 6 week Class, the teacher will meet you where you’re at, help you increase your mobility, while getting in touch with the unique ways to make the practice of yoga work for your body, all with greater ease, maybe even some grace, and definitely some laughs for good measure!

CORE POWER FLOW | Erin B.

Core Flow will strive to improve your balance, strength and stability within the mind and the body. We will begin by grounding and tuning into the body followed by warming the body through a series of postures focusing on igniting our inner fire and developing core strength. Once the body is warm and the core activated, flow through a sequence of balancing postures that will challenge you to improve your coordination, strength, stability and concentration. Class will end with an extended savasana to absorb the benefits of practice. Modifications offered as well as progression when you feel ready to advance and improve your practice. All Levels Welcome.
