Mala Making Workshop

make a 108 hand-knotted Mala for each. Choice of two gemstones (light and dark). Each of these choices show several colors. This is a ‘hands on’ class, you will be designing and knotting your Mala. Lots of choices for spacers, inspirational charms, waxed thread color, accent beads, guru beads, tassels …you bring your energy. I will bring malas from each gemstone choice with me for inspiration!

Rainbow Moonstone is the ultimate protection stone. It makes dark energy bounce off you. Healers say that it radiates feminine goddess energy. It taps into the love of Mother Gaia, bestowing her protection over you.

Yin Yoga Postures and Parables Yin Class w/ Jean Lee

Yin Is an all-levels practice that allows you to slow down and turn inward. Yin helps you relieve deep stress, restores your energy levels but mostly Yin encourages you to connect with yourself. While we are holding our yin Postures, I will share five time-honored parables during this 75 minutes class in which you will have time to ponder. Kaula Tantra Yoga w/ Jean Lee

Kaula Tantra Yoga is a 2.5 hour deeply meditative practice combining standing poses, floor-based postures, breath work and deep relaxation. The focus is on relaxing your body into the postures and enjoying longer holds.

This ancient yoga system arises from the Veda’s; one of the oldest yogic texts. Kaula Tantra Yoga is not about physical performance as there are no ‘correcting’ or alignment cues. You will learn to follow and tune into your intuitive body awareness vs. focusing on external standards. This workshop class is intended to leave you feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated.

In this Workshop you can expect:
* Deep Relaxation
* Learning what YOUR body needs
* Experience an ancient yoga sequence

Jean Lee is an avid skier, mountain biker, gardener, and Ayurveda practitioner and has called the valley home for over 20 years! She is constantly immersing herself in new trainings and travels and most recently learned Kaula Tantra Yoga as a daily practice for 6 weeks at Durga's Tiger School of Tantra and Shamanism in Ecuador, South America.

Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra w/ Sam Krapels

This practice will weave together two deeply relaxing styles of yoga--Restorative and Yoga Nidra.

In Restorative yoga, we practice poses supported by props in order to find greater comfort and tip the balance from "fight or flight" mode to relaxation. A regular restorative practice can foster a more balanced nervous system, less fatigue and stress, promote optimal immune function, and improve digestion.

Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep or sleep with awareness, is a guided practice that allows the body to relax systematically. This allows all traces of our day to fade away, welcoming stillness to align with deep inner and outer peace. Yoga Nidra rewires our inner connections allowing for optimal healing and restful rejuvenation.

All experience levels are welcome. Wear your cozy clothes, and awake to new possibilities!
